1) Seller and Buyer sign SPA
2) Seller provides cargo POP documents including ATSC.
3) Buyer verifies documents within 24hrs
4) Buyer sets up joint escrow account with seller at buyer's bank and payment is made into escrow account.
5) Vessel sails to Lome waters for Q&Q and Buyer releases payment to seller after Q&Q.
6) Buyer takes over vessel for delivery.
