Separate SPA / DLC and Deal 
Target - USD 330 with comm 
Destination - China main ports 
Payment - Irrevocable confirmed NON Transferable DLC at sight from following banks Buyer have :
1. Bank of China
2. Bank Construction of China
3. Bank of communication china
4. HSBC Malaysia 
Supplier need to provide GACC , AQSIQ and Previous shipment to china proof ( BL with hiding consignee details ) 
NO TERMS CAN NOT BE CHANGED 

If you can supply with above terms - they can close the deal quick and sign SPA then they can proceed DLC draft for seller verification - against DLC draft - seller need to provide POP with buyer code , date and Name
