Golha Food Industries started its activity in 1939 in a traditional manner. At the time, the first generation of Golha made an important decision based on the social conditions and exigencies of the time and situation. مجتمع صنایع غذایی گلها در سال 1318 به صورت سنتی فعالیت خود را آغاز نمود. در آن دوره نسل اول گلها با توجه به مقتضای زمان و شرایط جامعه و نیاز آن دوره تصمیم مهمی گرفت، که آن مهم پایه گذار مجموعه ای عظیم و ماندگار امروزی گردیده است. در سال 1345 نسل دوم این مجموعه فعالیت خود را آغاز نمود و هماهنگ با شرایط جامعه مسیر حرکت از تولید سنتی محصولات به سمت صنعتی شدن را طی کرد. تلاش های نسل دوم گلها به همت و تلاش مرحوم حاج عبدالرضا کریمی تفرشی به ثمر نشست و این مجموعه شکلی صنعتی به خود گرفت.

اندیشه و تدبیر درست و حرکت با افکاری جدید مجموعه را به سمتی برد که نام ونشان گلها بر تارک صنعت کشور خوش درخشید و برند گلها در اذهان جامعه شکلی مردمی پیدا کرد، به طوری که بی اغراق یکی از پرافتخارترین و قدیمی ترین نشان هایی گشت که از آن زمان در اذهان جای گرفت و خاطره آن روزگاران  و محصولات گلها در حافظه بسیاری از بزرگانمان باقی است.
