Navidkaran production Corporation Company producing Bartar’s food production was founded in 1994 and officially launched its production in 1996.The production of Navidkaran Company, under the brand name of “Bartar”, is produced by the most equipped packaging machines and in a completely sanitary and advanced process in different sections of the company. One of the Bartar’s food production features is supplies of a full food basket, with a single brand name. Currently, over 500 various goods are provided by Bartar brand that resulted in the presentation of this brand as the largest and the most diverse food packaging under one brand name in Iran. Considering costumer’s needs as well as quantitative variation increase of production was not the only goal of Bartar in these years, but it succeeded to receive the Iran National Standard for a large number of its products because of their quality and their conformity to standards. The food production of Bartar has also received the Gold Star award, for quality from the twenty-forth BID’s Convention in Geneva, Switzerland in 1999. Furthermore, this company has been selected as a distinguished producer and exporter of Markazi province each year. The other rewards of Bartar include the best national company from Ministry of Cooperatives in 2015, prominent management of food industry, and the certificate of the first choice of customer from Germany in 2016.

Bartar’s factory No. 1

It was founded in 1996 on an area of 5400 square meters and 3500 square meters foundation. This factory has separated producing departments as follows:

Nut Producing Department: In this department, all kind of nuts such as pistachio, hazel nut, almond and sun flower seeds are flavored with salting machine, along with raw nuts are packaged in four diverse packages and in various sizes to supply for markets.

Dried Food Producing Department: Due to the quality problems such as food contamination and high humidity in traditional production of dried food in Iran, Bartar company installed mechanized drying food machines in this department in order to guarantee their durability and quality of its products in the markets by rewashing and controlling the production’s humidity.

Bean Producing Department: In this department, various beans, such as lentils, beans, split peas, mung beans, and peas are firstly winnowed using a specific machine, then manually separated out, after that they are supplied to markets with the least amount of additional materials.

Grain Producing Department: Regarding excess demands for some grains such as barley, wheat, soybean, and corn, Bartar company distributed grains for markets in three various packaging by advanced packaging machine.Second phase of development plan of Bartar’s factories started in 2015 by a budget of 250 billions Rials in an area of 2500 square meters and 3500 square meters foundation, and is operated in the current year. At the moment, in this factory, various non-meat canned food and ready meal, vinegar and salty pickle, jam, syrup, salty olive and olive oil, vinegar, verjuice, and curd are produced with the use of the most equipped machines and distributed into markets. This factory is getting international standards comprising ISO9001, ISO22000, and HACCP. Moreover, Bartar Co. used the most advanced industrial technology, water purification and industrial waste filtration systems in order to both consider environmental concerns and produce high quality products for the purpose of exports. Currently, Bartar’s factory No. 2 with equipped machines and modern technologies can fulfill the Bartar company’s needs.
