For this purpose, the Yemeni Company for the Snack Food Industry was established, and through it, the first factory for light food was established in Yemen in 1984 AD. The factory provides, for children and adults, local potatoes in bags, which are manufactured locally and bear a caricature of the character "Numan".

In addition, the company has opened a new factory for the production of BFC Anis in 2003 to join the group of factories of the Yemeni Company for the manufacture of light food.
