History

The begining of Dadash Baradar Company goes as far back as 1944. It was when two brothers – Dadash Safari and Ghaeb Ali Biuck – came back from Russia having gained lots of experience of making and producing a variety of confections, and started their activity in a workshop in Tabriz, Iran. They began by producing a kind of milky Toffee called "Rees" which was hand-made, and a type of colorful candy, which came in different shapes.

During this year, they managed to have Dadash Baradar Company officially registered. They could increase the productivity of the company by using new and modern machinery to vary the products of the company, and to compete with other brands of the market.

In 1974 Dadash Safari transferred his shares to Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his brother, and left the company.

Mr. Ghaeb Ali Biuck, Mr. Rasoul Biuck's father, also transferred his shares to Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his brother, and left the company. Another important event during 1983 that took place in Dadash Baradar Company was the selection and registration of the brand name of "Aidin" which is now one of the biggest and most well-known brand names in confectionary and chocolate industry in Iran. From that time, new products such as Biscuit, Éclair Toffee, Chocolate, Wafer, Caramel, chewing Gum were added to the list of the products of Dadash Baradar Co.

During the first half of 2009, Mr. Rasoul Biuck purchased fifty percent of the shares of the other shareholders, and by doing so all one hundred percent of shares of the company was obtained by Mr. Rasoul Biuck and his family. Currently, Dadash Baradar Company continues its activity with Mr. Rasoul Biuck as the managing director and a member of the board of directors, Mrs. Farnaz Biuck as the chairwoman of the board of directors, Mrs. Tannaz Biuck as the vice chairwoman of the board of directors, and Ms. Parinaz Biuck as a member of the board of directors, who are all the shareholders of Dadash Baradar Company.
