The story of this series begins in May 2006, when in a research and development project of food products without sugar, no suitable alternative to sugar was found in the food industry. In 2007, with the formation of an expert team, experiments and studies began in the field of production of new sweeteners, sugar-free, low-calorie and can be used in various food industries. This research project was patented in March 2011 after about 3 years of round-the-clock research and numerous tests. Boroumand Health Supporters Knowledge-Based Cooperative Company was registered in 2011 for the commercialization of new and unique sweetener formulations without the use of ambiguous artificial sweeteners.
