Export to Iraq

1. عراق دارای سیستم ترخیص واردات چند کانالی است که شامل قوانین، مقررات و رویه های آژانس های مختلف است. درک این فرآیندها برای اطمینان از واردات روان کالا مهم است.

2. Iraq is a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and a signatory to the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT). Exporters must comply with all applicable Iraqi regulatory standards and requirements when exporting products into Iraq. 

3. Companies must obtain an Import Licence from the Ministry of Trade in order to import products into Iraq, as well as an Export Certificate from their country’s Chamber of Commerce or Embassy in Baghdad in order for their goods to be imported legally into Iraq. 

4. All shipments should be insured prior arrival in order for any claims for damages or losses incurred during transit to be possible upon delivery at the port of entry into Iraq. 

5 Documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, insurance certificates, bills of lading and conformity certifications are required for customs clearance purposes when importing goods into Iraq; Customs will also require documents related to any applicable taxes or duties that have been paid outside the country prior arrival in addition to required export licensing documentation if such is needed depending on type/category/country of origin etc.,  .  It is advisable that exporters check with Customs each time regarding exact documentation requirements; this can prevent unnecessary delays upon shipment arrival at destination port/entry point..  

6 The type and nature of product being exported may require additional certification by authorized inspection & testing organizations prior shipment egressing outbound originating country; check with official Iraqi Government bodies or embassy representatives based overseas regarding exact type/nature product related specific certification stipulations before proceeding ahead with processing shipments towards final destination entry point(s). Examples inclue food items, pharmaceuticals & medical products etc., whereby strict compliance must be observed across all relevant governing regulation(s) pertaining thereto  

7 شرایط پرداخت باید همیشه در قراردادهای فروش بین طرف های درگیر به وضوح تعریف شود. توصیه می‌شود که پرداخت‌ها از طریق کانال‌های بانکی امن مانند اعتبار اسنادی (LC) و غیره انجام شود، نه بر مبنای نقد، مگر اینکه قبلاً توسط هر دو طرف توافق شده باشد.  

8 نوسانات نرخ ارز می تواند بر قیمت ها تأثیر بگذارد، بنابراین صادرکنندگان باید این عنصر را بر این اساس در ساختارهای قیمت گذاری لحاظ کنند.   

9 برخی از بخش ها تحت تحریم های فعلی اعمال شده توسط قطعنامه 661 شورای امنیت سازمان ملل محدودیت های خاصی دارند. بنابراین تحت چنین شرایطی برای شرکت هایی که مایل به ورود به آن بازارهای خاص هستند تا اطلاع ثانوی امکان پذیر نخواهد بود.   

10 بازار سیاه پر رونق عملاً هر چیزی را که بتوان تصور کرد وجود دارد، بنابراین ضروری است صادرکنندگان اقداماتی را در برابر خطرات بالقوه مرتبط با آن به ویژه هنگام جستجوی خریداران انجام دهند. به طور متناوب، آنها می توانند از سازمان های شخص ثالث قابل اعتماد مانند حمل و نقل کالا، تامین کنندگان لجستیک تخصصی شبکه ای در سراسر منطقه کمک بگیرند که سپس کمک های لازم را در جهت یابی سناریوهای چالش برانگیز که در طول مسیر با آنها مواجه می شوند ارائه می کنند.
