It all began in the late 1990s. People were ready to accept changes in various aspects of their lives as the pace of life accelerated. Branding was used by advertising agencies, and popular goods were quickly advertised in Iran. Brands required fundamental changes in the production and distribution cycle, and competition with world-renowned brands pushed them to use different packages. Meanwhile, similar-to-offset printing on multilayer cartons became increasingly important, and everyone was looking for new solutions to meet this demand.

Printing in the traditional manner continued, the use of images was uncommon due to printing flaws, and the simultaneous printing of several colors with various halftones appeared to be an extraordinary task.

As a result of its offset expertise, Asan Pack was able to pioneer simultaneous printing on 5-layer cartons using an anilox composite transmission system with the help of a Flexo Vision machine and digital gelatin stereotypes in the Iranian market. From the factory to the store, the color and surface of the packaging changed, and they were able to be a good showcase.
