The parent company specialized in agricultural services was established in 2002 in accordance with Article (4) of the Law on the Third Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

The parent company of agricultural services with the aim of improving the use of facilities and resources in the agricultural industry has started its activities in the fields of agriculture, soil and water, fisheries (caviar) and animal husbandry.
